Visa-support requests

If you may need conference documentation for a visa application, contact the organizers after registration instructions are published. Any supporting document does not guarantee visa approval.

ISMPC2027 is intended to be a respectful, professional, and welcoming scientific meeting. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive conduct is not acceptable in conference sessions, social activities, digital channels, or other event spaces.

Concerns may be raised with the organizing team. Reports will be handled as discreetly as practicable and reviewed in the context of participant safety and fair process.

Photography and privacy

Event photography or recording may take place in designated areas. Any participant instructions, restricted areas, or opt-out process will be communicated before the meeting.

Registration information should be collected only for conference administration and participant support. Detailed registration and privacy terms will be published with the registration process.

Need assistance?

Describe the support you are requesting and any timing constraints. Please avoid sending passport scans, medical records, or other sensitive documents unless the organizers specifically request them through an appropriate channel.
